With rainfall easing in the Koyna dam catchment, authorities reduced the dam gate opening from six feet to five feet, lowering the water discharge to 30,223 cusecs into the Koyna river.

कराड : कोयना धरण पाणलोट क्षेत्रात पावसाचा जोर ओसरला आहे. त्यामुळे कोयना धरणाचे दरवाजे सहा फुटावरून पाच फुटावर करण्यात आले असून धरणातून पाणी सोडण्याचे प्रमाणही कमी करण्यात आले आहे. धरणात सध्या 91.42 टीएमसी पाणीसाठा झाला आहे.
