भारतीय हवामान विभागाने मान्सून यंदा केरळमध्ये वेळेआधीच दाखल होणार असा अंदाज व्यक्त केला होता मात्र मान्सूनचा प्रवास लांबला आहे. मान्सून २६ मे रोजी केरळच्या किनाऱ्यावर धडकेल असा अंदाज होता पण श्रीलंकेच्या आसपास अरबी समुद्रातच रेंगाळला आहे.
