Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat visited Bhimashankar Temple with his family, reviewed the ongoing development works, and expressed satisfaction. He also said he would discuss extending darshan timings with the Pune District Collector for the convenience of devotees.

मंचर : केंद्रीय पर्यटन मंत्री गजेंद्रसिंह शेखावत यांनी मंगळवारी (ता. ४) कुटुंबीयांसमवेत श्रीक्षेत्र भीमाशंकर मंदिरात अभिषेक करून भगवान शंकराचे दर्शन घेतले. त्यानंतर मंदिर परिसरात सुरू असलेल्या विकासकामांची पाहणी करून कामाच्या प्रगतीबाबत समाधान व्यक्त केले.
